We offer a full range of Appraisal Classes, both Upgrade Classes and Continuing Education Classes for Licensed and Certified Appraisers. Our classes are taught by instructors who have years of experience in their areas of specialty and continue to maintain an active appraisal practice

One of the concerns that prompted us to develop our business plan has been the large number of classes  that are offered by schools throughout the state but don't "make". When it takes a minimum of 5 or more students for a class to "make", it becomes difficult to offer anything but the most popular or most necessary classes. Consequently classes offered by the majority of schools are identical, yet few of those classes "make", due to lack of students.

Whenever that happened to us we found that frustratng and annoying. So we decided that if you make the commitment to register and come to attend the class, we will hold the class, even if you are the only student.  That is our guarantee to you.

We also came to the conclusion that those appraisers who reside in major cities usually don't have a problem getting to a class.  It is our collegues in rural areas that have the burden of travelling long distances and that can be costly in travel expenses and time away from the office and/or the family.

While the majority of our classes are held in Stroud, OK we frequently travel to other areas within OK and the states surrounding us to teach a group of appraisers. Our tuition fees may be slightly higher than if taken in our "home" location, but it is considerably cheaper for because it saves you travel expenses, especially if you can arrange for a place for us to hold the class and perhaps can organize other appraisers to sign up.
