Although we personally prefer in-class education because of the interaction between students and faculty and the detail with which specific issues can be addressed. However we recognize that appraisers cannot always get to a class when we need it, and frankly, as appraisers ourselves, we tend to procrastinate and end up needing another 7 or 14 hours because our license is due in a few days. Therefore, to meet this need, we are happy to announce a partnership with Career WebSchool, a web based education provider, which has both AQB approved upgrade classes as well as state approved CE.
